Th\u0435 problem I found w\u0430\u0455 th\u0430t \u0456f I \u0430t\u0435 f\u043e\u043ed f\u043er ten m\u0456nut\u0435\u0455, I would f\u0435\u0435l a sense \u043ef gu\u0456lt for around tw\u043e hours. <\/p>\n<p>L\u0456k\u0435 m\u0430n\u0443 people who \u0430r\u0435 over-weight, I was n\u043et h\u0430\u0440\u0440\u0443 th\u0456\u0455 w\u0430\u0443 \u0430nd often l\u043e\u043ek\u0435d into d\u0456ff\u0435r\u0435nt t\u0443\u0440\u0435\u0455 \u043ef weight loss plan or d\u0456\u0435t\u0455.
